In Chile, the number of cases of COVID-19 approached 350 thousand

Over the past day, 1876 new cases of coronavirus infection have been identified in Chile, the press service of the Chilean Ministry of Health reports. Thus, the total number of confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections in the country reached 349,800. Also in Chile, 53 patients with coronavirus infection died over the past day. In total, 9,240 people have become victims of COVID-19 complications in Chilean territory since the beginning of the pandemic. According to the news agency, on July 25, quarantine restrictions were eased in several areas of the Chilean capital Santiago. We are talking about the communes of Colina, Nunoa, Til-Til, La Reina, Las Condes, Lo Barnechea and Vitacura. Residents of Santiago, living in the above areas, were allowed to go outside, play sports and go to work on weekdays.
