Two new TV channels to be launched in Kazakhstan


The new Abay TV channel dedicated to the culture of Kazakhstan will be launched on June 30, 2020. This was announced on June 29 by the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic Aida Balaeva at a reporting meeting with the population. According to her, it is planned to launch two new TV channels in Kazakhstan. The broadcast of the second Al-Farabi channel is planned to be launched by the beginning of the school year. This channel will become an educational and educational television platform with a target audience from 6 to 18 years old. According to the news agency, after the introduction of restrictive measures due to the pandemic, coronavirus in Kazakhstan launched distance learning in schools.
