In Volgograd the schoolgirl has died after swimming in the fountain

Nine-year-old resident of the Volgograd region died from severe electric shock after he climbed into the fountain for a hat. As there were adults to help the child quickly could not - the girl was in the electrified water for about 20 minutes.
