Number of coronavirus infections in Uzbekistan exceeded 3.5 thousand

The total number of cases of coronavirus infection in Uzbekistan reached 3,554, the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic reported on May 31. The data are given as of 10:00 (8:00 Moscow time). The day before, 3,513 cases of coronavirus infection were found at the same time. Thus, over the past 24 hours, 38 infections have been detected. 2,783 people, or 78%, recovered, and 14 patients died. According to the news agency, on May 30, the Republican Commission against Coronavirus in Uzbekistan extended the ban on road traffic between regions.
