SARS hospital in Beijing left the last sick COVID-19

In Beijing Hospital Xiaotanshan, which was previously used to quarantine patients with SARS, there are no patients with a new coronavirus infection, according to Xinhua Agency on April 28. The hospital is located in the northern suburbs of Beijing. It was specially converted to receive patients with the new coronavirus and launched into operation on 16 March. There was a screening and treatment of patients with mild and conventional COVID-19 course. An outbreak of SARS or severe acute respiratory syndrome occurred in mainland China in 2003. To contain the infection, a temporary Xiaotanshan hospital was built in Beijing, which later again served to combat the new coronaviatory infection.
