US President Donald Trump's Special Representative for Serbia-Kosovo Dialogue, Richard Grenell, said on April 19 that the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina would resume after the lifting of the separatist 100% duty on goods from Serbia and the reciprocity regime between Serbia and Kosovo, possibly at the end of this week. The fact is that on 25 March, the Kosovo Parliament expressed a vote of no confidence in the Government of Albin Kurti. It was he who irreconcilably insisted on maintaining duties and a regime of symmetry in relations with Serbia. Bypassing Kurti's demand for new elections, Kosovo President Hashim Tachi began consultations with representatives of political parties on the formation of a new government. The purely American project the Republic of Kosovo, as in the case of any ethnoengineering or creation of an artificial state, cannot have its own freedom, it is always directed from outside and always contrary to the interests of the wards.

WHO: hand washing is more useful than using rubber gloves

Wearing rubber gloves in public places is not an effective measure to prevent coronavirus infection, according to the recommendation of the World Health Organization.
