Head of DPRK took part in ceremony of beginning of hospital construction

On March 17, the head of the DPRK Kim Jong Un took part in the ceremony of starting the construction of the hospital in Pyongyang, the Central Telegraph Agency of Korea (CTAC) reports. According to the published data, the Chairman of the State Council gave an order to complete the construction works by October 10, 75th anniversary of the founding of the TPC. In his speech, Kim Jong Un stressed that the hospital would demonstrate the spirit of the DPRK and would be a means of overcoming sanctions and blocking enemy forces. According to photographs published by North Korean media, it can be understood that the construction of the hospital is being carried out near the monument to the foundation of the Labour Party of Korea, on Munsu Street by the Tedongan River. It is noted that the head of the country attended the event to show his care for the people against the background of efforts to combat coronavirus of a new type.
